Reserve Your Space

The Flea Market at The Glasshouse is an Every Saturday and Sunday event.  The space is 10x10 and costs $65 for both days.  You can leave your goods inside the flea market area on Saturday night where they will be locked in and protected.  The only exception to this is if you sell food items.  ALL FOOD ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES AT THE END OF EACH DAY.  

Flea Market at The Glasshouse Rules

1.        The Glasshouse reserves the right to deny reservations and/or admission to any Seller for any reason.
2.        Weekend spaces (Saturday-Sunday) will be paid in full before setting up for any weekend.  If selling non-perishable food on any given Saturday, you will need to make sure that this food is in a sealed plastic container if leaving on the premises for the following Sunday.
3.        Merchandise stored in Seller space is at Seller’s sole risk and expense. The GLASSHOUSE is not liable for theft or damage to Seller merchandise or personal property left in Seller spaces. Seller acknowledges and agrees that The GLASSHOUSE is not a self-service storage facility.
4.        If the Seller violates any rules set forth herein, The GLASSHOUSE will retain all fees paid by Seller.
5.        The GLASSHOUSE reserves the right to inspect all merchandise. Sale of any item prohibited by any city, county, state, or federal law is prohibited. No games of chance, skill or raffles are allowed. No fireworks, guns, ammunition, drug-related products including vapes of any kind, used mattresses and bedding or otherwise flammable or dangerous items are allowed on the premises. The GLASSHOUSE reserves the right to determine whether any item is dangerous.
6.        The GLASSHOUSE does not allow the sale of counterfeit merchandise, or merchandise which violates trademarks and copyrights of others. It is the obligation of the Seller to verify that the merchandise offered for sale is not counterfeit or in violation of trademarks of others. Sale of merchandise in violation of this rule may result in eviction of sellers and permanent ban from selling at The GLASSHOUSE Flea Market.
7.        Material(s) created by Artificial Intelligence (AI) either partially or wholly, is not allowed. Violation of this rule will result in permanent eviction from the Flea Market.
8.        Fast fashion companies are heavily criticized because their business model relies on environmental destruction, systematic labor exploitation, and the deliberate production of disposable, low-quality goods. By prioritizing rapid production and massive profit margins, these brands create severe global crises across multiple sectors. To this end, the following clothing brands are prohibited:  Shein, Temu, H&M, Fashion Nova and Forever 21.  There is an extensive list of companies that do not value the human above profits.  Please be aware and do not bring this merchandise to the flea market.  Violation of this rule will result in permanent eviction from the Flea Market.
9.        All merchandise must be displayed within the Seller’s space ONLY. Seller may not sell goods or distribute handbills outside of the Seller’s space.
10.        No nails, stakes or any other material may be driven into floor or walls. No structures or displays may be installed or constructed without prior approval by the management. Display cases cannot be higher than 48 inches from the floor.
11.        Seller can load in on the Friday prior to their weekend (10-6pm) as well as Saturday morning (7-9:30am). Spaces must be up and ready to sell no later than 10am Saturday morning. 
12.        Sellers shall clean up in and around their space. They must take any unsold merchandise, boxes, and debris with them including ALL TRASH AND FOOD.
13.        The sale of alcoholic beverages, tobacco & marijuana is prohibited.
14.        Loudspeakers or bullhorns are not allowed. The sound level on all radios, TVs, speakers etc. must be kept to a level of which The GLASSHOUSE management approves.
15.        We are a dog friendly location.  However, your well-behaved canine friend most likely will need to go the bathroom.  All pet waste will need to be bagged appropriately, tied and placed in an OUTDOOR trashcan.  Violation of this rule will result in permanent eviction from The Glasshouse & Flea Market.
16.        Sellers shall always conduct themselves in an acceptable and orderly manner, any physical violence or verbal threats by a Seller will result in permanent eviction from The GLASSHOUSE Flea Market. The GLASSHOUSE reserves the right to determine what behavior is disorderly or unacceptable. Pictures, movies, videos, books, records, music and other items on display or playing through speakers must be suitable for children of all ages.
17.        Seller Parking is directly across the street from The GLASSHOUSE.  Please plan on bringing a wheeled cart for moving your tables and inventory across the street into the flea market.  Detailed instructions for move in and move out will be provided.
18.        Sellers must supervise and control the activities of all their employees, agents, or helpers, and will be responsible for the activities of those people.
19.        These rules apply to all Sellers, operators, license holders, employees, and all other individual associated with Seller and/or the space.
20.        Any person entering the market and selling goods in a space rented from The GLASSHOUSE is a Seller and agrees to observe and is bound by all the above terms and conditions.

PARK YOUR VEHICLE IN THE DESIGNATED LOT.

CROSS STREET, THROUGH COURTYARD, PAST MAIN ENTRANCE AND INTO LARGE OVERHEAD DOOR ON YOUR LEFT.
